We're hiring a (Senior) Sales Engineer / Manager to join our U.S. founding team in Silicon Valley. This hybrid role combines outbound sales with technical pre-sales. You'll lead our U.S. outbound motion, own strategic customer conversations, and deliver demos that connect product capabilities to real-world outcomes.
What you'll do:
Own and build outbound sales strategy (emails, calls, LinkedIn)
Lead technical discovery and deliver product demos
Build demo scripts, workflows, and reusable content
What we're looking for:
3+ years in sales engineering, B2B SaaS, or technical pre-sales
Strong outbound mindset and hands-on deal experience
Understanding of Kafka, Flink, cloud platforms, and modern data infra
Ability to explain technical solutions to business and tech stakeholders
Independent, structured work style with startup mentality
Must be based in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA)
